Refunds & Returns Policy
At EFGH Masalas, we take great care to ensure that every pack you receive is fresh, authentic, and of the highest quality.
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You have received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or leaked during transit.
- The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Share your order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or initiate a refund.
Refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- In case of partial returns, refunds will be made only for the returned item(s).
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
