Directions for using Sambhar powder

  • Cook desired chopped veggies with a water, 1/4tsp turmeric powder and 20 curry leaves.
  • When half cooked, add tamarind water and salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked toor dal and boil.
  • Now add sambhar powder and chopped coriander leaves. Stir for few seconds.
  • Add south indian Seasoning well and serve.
