Menaskai Powder was created for my niece Devaki who wanted this masala to make cooking her favorite dish easy. My younger son, Rohan loves to eat this with Pooris. I realised a lot of people do not even know what this Udupi dish is all about. I decided to cook this dish and have it at every exhibition that EFGH is part of for all to sample.
