Directions for using Horsegram Rasam

  • Take a cooking pot and add 6-7 cups of water for about 100gms of horsegram rasam powder. Mix well.
  • Once it boils, simmer for 30-40 minutes on low flame.
  • Season with oil, mustard seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves and chopped garlic and enjoy the dish.

Note: This mix is made with less salt, tamarind and chilli. If required, add according to taste.
